Arrivals without guesswork
The harbour–skipper standard, delivered as a geospatial Vortal for marinas and charter operators.
HarbourMate turns every berth assignment into a clear, repeatable, link-based experience that shows route to berth, maneuvering space and berth profile before you reach the breakwater.
Start with just a few active berths, keep the entire marina mapped as a Digital Twin, and embed the same interactive map on your website and Apps to replace static PDFs/PNGs.
Critical intel before arrival: berth width, maneuvering space, speed hints and approach path — so skippers can plan the maneuver from the safety of open water.
What is HarbourMate
HarbourMate is the geospatial infrastructure for marinas and charter operators: a multi-tenant Vortal that standardizes harbour data, berth information and skipper communication in one shared Digital Twin.
Geospatial infrastructure
One live map for the entire harbour basin, built from CAD/PDF/satellite sources, ready to power pre-arrival guidance, on-site wayfinding and territory discovery.
Multi-tenant Partner model
Each Partner — marina, agency or operator — works in an independent Tenant with their own icons, notes, content and workflows, while sharing the same base map.
Shared Digital Twin
Structural harbour data is stored once and reused across all Tenants, so the Digital Twin grows over time while Partners keep full control over their activations and guest-facing experiences.
At a glance
HarbourMate replaces scattered PDFs, screenshots and radio calls with a single, browser-based experience that can be embedded into your website and Apps and triggered from your PMS or booking tools whenever you assign a berth.
The Harbour–Skipper Standard
Hospitality adopted a shared language via booking platforms; marinas need the same for
pre-arrival and last-mile communication. HarbourMate defines a repeatable
standard based on Link → Map → Berth → Territory.
The problem every skipper faces
Today, 100% of skippers receive berth-specific information only when they are already in front of the assigned berth — too late to plan the maneuver or brief the crew. The two critical unknowns — maneuvering space and depth/berth profile — remain invisible until the last second, causing 90% of arrival stress.
HarbourMate standardizes what the harbour shows to the skipper: a browser link that opens the marina's Digital Twin, centered on the assigned berth and extended to the surrounding territory.
1) Common Data Model
Berth ID, usable widths, depth at berth, maneuvering polygons, POIs and notes— codified once for staff and guests. One language for all marinas, charter agencies and skippers.
2) Link-based Workflow
Staff selects a berth → unique secure Link → skipper opens in browser.
3) API-ready Handshake
Start manual, scale with REST APIs. Your PMS/booking system can trigger the Link automatically, without replacing existing tools or forcing migrations.
Common Data Model
Berth ID, usable widths, depth at berth, maneuvering polygons, POIs and notes — defined once and reused for both staff operations and guest-facing communication.
Link-based Workflow
Staff selects a berth, HarbourMate generates a secure Link, the skipper opens it in their browser: Link → Map → Berth → Territory in one flow.
API-ready Handshake
Start with manual link generation from the WEB Dashboard. When ready, connect via REST APIs so PMS/booking systems trigger Links automatically upon berth assignment.
HarbourMate turns scattered PDFs, screenshots and radio calls into one unified, link-based standard — reducing staff workload and eliminating most last-minute queries.
Why a Digital Twin for marinas?
Clarity before the breakwater: the right info, in time. A single Digital Twin for the entire harbour, with cost tied only to active berths and Links.
Maneuvering Brief
Exact maneuvering space, usable widths, distance from entrance, and nearby obstacles— all calculated for the assigned berth. Share the brief with your crew before entering the harbour, not when you are already committed to the maneuver.
Depth & Berth Profile
One rock you didn't see. One meter you didn't check. Berth-specific depth data, quay profiles and seabed notes make shallow areas and obstacles visible. Combine it with your keel data and arrive without surprises.
Zero IT Disruption
Your team keeps using the tools they know. HarbourMate sits alongside them: manual today, API tomorrow. No migrations, no new logins for guests, no app store friction.
Core pillars
Efficiency for staff, confidence for skippers, and a better story for the territory around the marina.
Berth guidance (GPS-ready)
Real-time GPS navigation from entrance to the assigned berth. Follow the blue route with live speed hints and turn cues, overlaid on the interactive map. No app downloads, just a link that works on any modern browser.
DXP, not a PMS
HarbourMate integrates with your PMS instead of replacing it. Your bookings, invoicing and inventory stay where they are; HarbourMate adds the missing experience layer: pre-arrival briefing, GPS guidance, wayfinding and territory discovery.
Tourism Experience Hub PLUS
Beyond docking: extend the Digital Twin to the surrounding territory with curated routes, partner POIs and services. The same link that guides the skipper to the berth continues to highlight restaurants, museums, shops and experiences around the marina.
Still using static PNG/PDFs and Google Maps?
Static maps and radio calls belong to the last decade. A full-port Digital Twin can replace PDFs/JPGs on your website and guest communications, while pricing stays tied only to active berths and Links.

Pricing for marinas & agencies
For maritime agencies, charter operators and marinas up to 200 active berths. You can digitalize the entire harbour area as a Digital Twin and pay only for the berths you keep active in HarbourMate and the Links you generate.
Digital Twin mapping for the full marina basin is included at no additional license cost when you manage the mapping autonomously. Pricing is calculated only on active berths and generated Links. The "Maximum annual budget" shown for each plan assumes you stay within the included Links of that plan. Extra Links are billed at the fixed unit price of your plan – no surprises.
Start with a few berths, keep the full Digital Twin
Most customers begin with a limited set of active berths to validate HarbourMate with their team and recurring guests. The Digital Twin can already cover the entire marina and be embedded on your website, even if only a handful of berths are active.
Whenever your active berths grow beyond the limit of your current tier, your subscription automatically moves to the next plan from the next billing period – unlocking a lower cost per berth and more included Links, with no retroactive recalculation.

Why start with a small activation?
HarbourMate is designed to scale gradually. The Digital Twin can cover your entire marina from day one, while your commercial plan starts with a limited number of active berths and Links.
Lower initial commitment
Map all berths and port areas into the Digital Twin and embed the interactive map on your website. Activate only a small subset of berths in your plan to validate the workflow with dockmasters, agencies and recurring guests.
Learn from real arrivals
Use real traffic to understand which berths, approaches and guest segments benefit the most. Refine your data, visuals and messaging on the Digital Twin before scaling to full activation.
Natural path to full-active berths
As more berths become active, your plan automatically moves to the next tier, with a lower cost per berth and more included Links. Your maximum annual budget remains predictable as long as you stay within included Links; extra Links are billed at the unit price of your active plan, with no hidden surprises.
Pricing for medium–large marinas
For marinas with more than 200 active berths, or for port authorities, multi-marina groups and national associations. HarbourMate maintains a single Digital Twin for the entire managed area, and you only pay for the berths you keep active and the Links you generate.
The "Maximum annual budget" row assumes all berths in the range are active and
usage stays within the included Links. Extra Links are always billed at the fixed unit
price of your plan – no hidden overages.
Renewal values shown below are reference estimates based on typical activation levels:
500 active berths for Premium and 800 active berths for Enterprise.
Actual renewal depends on the number of active berths effectively enabled at the time of renewal.
